Rep. Glenn Grothman has represented Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2015. He serves on several key committees, including the Committee on Education and the Workforce, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, the Committee on the Judiciary, and the Committee on the Budget.
Representing a district with a strong manufacturing and workforce base, Rep. Grothman has focused on policies that support innovation, workforce development, and long-term economic sustainability. His work on education, labor, and fiscal policy intersects with efforts to strengthen the biomedical research ecosystem and ensure that scientific and technological advances translate into real-world benefits for American workers and families.
Rep. Prior to Congress, Rep. Grothman served in the Wisconsin State Assembly and State Senate. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor.
