The 2025 Longevity Biotech Showcase introduced cutting-edge companies and researchers at the forefront of the fight against aging-related diseases. Startups and established firms alike presented their latest breakthroughs in therapeutics, diagnostics, and regenerative technologies. The Showcase provided a unique platform for investors, policymakers, and scientists to exchange ideas and identify opportunities to accelerate the translation of longevity research into real-world impact.
Building on 2024’s momentum, the 2025 Hill Day expanded A4LI’s advocacy efforts with over 70 scheduled meetings between Summit attendees and their local Congressional representatives. The coordinated outreach brought a unified message to Washington: that extending healthy lifespan is a bipartisan, economically vital goal. Through these direct conversations, the longevity community strengthened its relationships with lawmakers and solidified its place in the national health policy conversation.
Our 2024 Summit featured an exclusive discussion with representatives from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), the U.S. government’s innovation arm for transformative health breakthroughs. This session connected leaders in longevity biotechnology with key federal stakeholders driving bold, high-impact research initiatives. The dialogue underscored the growing recognition of aging biology as a strategic national health priority and set the stage for future collaboration between ARPA-H and the private sector.
A4LI hosted the first-ever Congressional briefing dedicated to longevity science, marking a historic step forward in policymaking around healthspan research. The briefing educated members of Congress and their staff on the latest advancements in geroscience and their potential to prevent age-related diseases such as Alzheimer’s, heart disease, and cancer. This milestone event brought the conversation about extending healthy human lifespan directly to Capitol Hill—transforming scientific progress into political momentum.
The 2024 Keynote Dinner brought together thought leaders, policymakers, and scientists for an evening of insight and vision. Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich delivered a keynote address highlighting the bipartisan importance of investing in longevity science and healthcare innovation. His remarks emphasized the societal and economic benefits of extending healthspan, energizing attendees to continue advancing this national movement.
